Our History

Since year 1970, Sonavane family is engaged into liquor business from trading to now in manufacturing. Having such a vast family experience and knowledge in liquor, Mr. Shirishkumar R. Sonavane founded VISHNU LAXMI DISTILLERY (INDIA) which was set up at Solapur, Maharashtra in July 1994.

Under the visionary leadership of the founder Mr. Shirishkumar Sonavane, the group has undertaken challenging projects and has surpassed its contemporaries in a short span.

The factory is set up in a sprawling landscape of 10 acres of land. The factory is equipped with modern equipment with latest technology backed up by very skilled technical staff.

Blended and Bottled the best quality of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) products like Whisky, Rum, Brandy, Vodka and Gin.

The VISHNU LAXMI DISTILLERY (INDIA) has the capacity to produce 7000 cases per day with 5 bottling lines – 3 lines are fully automated and 2 lines are semi-automated.

The facilities provided, can store more than 25,000 cases of IMFL. The company Brands enjoy a very good reputation in the market. The company’s primary objective is to offer high quality products to the consumer.

Mr. Sonavane is a leading industrialist in Kolhapur, having 35 years of experience in IMFL industry in Maharashtra. Being in distribution industry, he had a great vison of manufacturing to satisfy the customer by the best quality of IMFL liquor.

Having Experience of 18 years in Management and Finance under the guidelines of father Mr. Shirishkumar R. Sonavane, is capable for new challenges in various types of competition, finance and management.
